With advancing technology, preimplantation genetics remains an active area of research both clinically and scientifically. Recent developments include the possibility of using gene editing to correct genetic defects in embryos and the use of genome-wide preimplantation genetic testing for common polygenic conditions. This blog aims to provide an up-to-date commentary on these developments with both in house and guest blogs from experts in different areas. Contributions to the blog are welcome, including responses to previous topics. They can be any length (within reason!) and include images if they are not covered by copyright.
